OVERVIEW

Before going over the Terms and Conditions, you should be aware that the text references two parties which would be the proprietors of the business and the buyers themselves. The proprietors are referenced in first person terms such as we, us, and our while the buyers are reference in second person terms such as you, your, and yourself. The proprietors of the business are Zesmin Naher and myself, Zawad Sadman, who will be providing our services through this website. This is just to clear up any confusion while reading through the Terms and Conditions. 

Welcome to Zbeautyflourish, your go to source for premium human hair bundles, closures, and frontals. Our business is located within Michigan, United States. However, you can still make purchases online at your own convenience and shipped directly to your address. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchases of any products from our online store. By affiliating yourself with our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you fail to adhere by our Terms and Conditions, you will no longer be able to make any purchases on our website. Any breach of our Terms and Conditions may even lead to blocking of your number and termination 

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERM

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are of legal age within your state or province of residence. If not, you must have the consent of one of your legal guardians to utilize our website. Otherwise, you cannot use our website to make any purchases let alone pick it up or have it delivered. We require minors to have permission from one of their legal guardians because you are required to provide proof of identity and phone number to make it easier for us to properly identify you. When we say proof of identity, this means either a driver’s license or a government issued photo ID. We want ensure that we are providing our merchandise to the right person. This will also make it easier for the store owners to identify you if there are any problems with the purchases if necessary. If you have a minor make a purchase on your behalf, that is fine. However, you will be the person we are able to identify as the buyer since the account has your information. That means you will have to come in person if you will be picking up the product. If a purchase was made by mistake for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Otherwise, there will be a fee for having the product be reserved for in-store pick up or in the process of being delivered. If it is already delivered, please look at the return policy for any other inquiries. 

We do not tolerate any form of abuse whether it be verbal or physical from patrons that may be directing it to either us or other buyers. This means you may not call us or email to rant about complaints that you have either about us as proprietors or the conduct of the business itself. It is also expected that you do not hinder other patrons from being able to buy our products by spamming us with calls that hinder our ability to operate and send emails that can be clearly be read or seen as inappropraite. This is not meant to discourage any patrons from browsing our website. Instead, we want our business to thrive by creating a comfortable atmosphere for our buyers who can always rely on us to provide them with the best products. We want to earn your trust since you are the ones who will possibly be our regulars in the near future. Therefore, it is expected of you as a buyer to read and follow the terms and conditions set along with notifications about updates. But, we are always open to feedback that is productive so we may provide better service to you in the future. Feel free to leave a review at your own leisure. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our website.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse our products being sold to anyone at our own discretion no matter the time or location in which it takes place so long as it is affiliated with our website. The decision we make will not be limited to only the Terms and Conditions but can be based upon the personal reasoning of the owners. As to how we came to the decision, it may include the loss in profit for our business by selling our products to you. If not that, our decsion may be based upon some other reasoning that may be detrimental for our business. However, we are not required to disclose the information upon our reasoning for the decision unless we want to share it with the patron in question. If you disagree with the decision we have made, you may email us at an applicabale time with a proper argument to back your claim. We will reach back to you with an appropriate response as soon as we can with our final decision. You may not spam us with calls or emails that may obstruct operations of the owners’ business or hinder other buyers attempt to make their purchases on our website. If necessary, we will cease any attempts of purchases made by you. This will include blocking your number and

SECTION 3 – Payment Terms

Payment for all products must be made in full before it is reserved for in-store pickup or shipment is authorized to the designated recipient. However, we also accept cash so long as you notify us beforehand, preferably through phone call. We will let you know whether you can use cash since there are certain distances we do not cover for in-person delivery. Of course, you can use your credit/debit card to make purchases, but we are not limited to only these paymet methods. You can also pay us with Cashapp, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your order which will include any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Take note that a fee will be applied if you attempt to make any purchases with the other payment methods mentioned if you do not use cash or credit/debit card. We look forward to providing our services to you. 

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

It is expected that you agree to provide up to date information that is thorough on the user account. You will have to provide your name, phone number, and the payment method you will be using to make the transaction for the merchandise. Take note you will have to provide either a driver’s license or government issued photo ID if you plan to come pick up your merchandise in person. Therefore, it is highly recommended you give your actual name for the account in order to make it easier to identify you. If you will be using a credit/debit card to make a purchase, you will have to provide the numbers on the card(s) along with the expiration date(s). It is also given that you update your account every now and then in case anything has changed in the information you have provided to us before. This is in favor of both the business owners’ and yourself since it will help us process the transactions. As stated before, it will also help us identify the buyer and contact you if necessary. Also, there is the option of providing your email in case you have further inquiries about a recent transaction and/or the website itself. It is not necessary to do so, but you can reach out to us through email so long as you provide us with the account name from our website that identifies you. Doing you part will make it easier for us to stay in contact with one another.

We reserve the authority to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions on our website at any time. We will not go out of our way to notify you about the updates we have made unless you breach the Terms and Condtions. At that moment, you may be at risk of no longer being able to make purchases at our website. Therefore, you must abide by the Terms and Conditions so as to ensure your continued use of our website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions as well as our authority to make alterations at our own discretion, you are agreeing to make purchases under our guidelines. If you do not agree with how our business is conducted, you can always get similar services provided somewhere else. The Terms and Conditions will not be easily changed unless we deem it necessary. Therefore, you are always welcome as patrons if you think our business conduct is right for you.       

SECTION 7 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that the use of our service will result in the same experience as any other patrons. It is given that not everyone will be making exactly the same purchases; however, the stock for certain products may not always meet the demand for it. This means we cannot reserve or ship merchandise unless we know you are committed to buying it. So, it is first come, first serve basis. Following that note, we cannot ensure that the service we provide will be free of any mistakes either. It includes but not limited to the process in which the merchandise is being prepared and/or handed off to the buyer. In order to make sure the buyer receives their merchandise, we ask for your cooperation and patience while we work towards preparing the order. Also, we cannot guarantee that the item will be secure based on the shipping method we utilize to deliver the products at certain locations within Michigan. If the purchase is made outside of Michigan, the product will have to be delivered via a shipping method. In case any problems arise after the buyer has opened or used the merchandsie, we would not be held responsible unless it coincides with the return policy. All in all, we will do our utmost to provide the best service we can. 

SECTION 8 – Damaged Shipments

Please retain all packaging materials and documentation for inspection.
