Convenient Boutique Pickup: Shop Online, Pick Up In-Store
Enjoy the ease of online shopping with the convenience of picking up your order at your local boutique. Here’s how it works:
Placing Your Order
- During checkout, choose the “Pick Up” option and select your preferred boutique.
- Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours. We’ll send you a “Ready for Pickup” email when your items are all set.
- Remember to check your selected boutique’s operating hours [link to store hours] before heading over.
Picking Up Your Order
- Visit your chosen boutique and have the following ready:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (must match your ID)
- Your order confirmation email
- We’ll hold your order for 7 business days. If it’s not picked up within that time, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund.
Important Note: Only the cardholder can pick up the order. If you cannot provide the original payment card and matching ID, your order will be canceled.
