Zbeautyflourish Guarantees Customer Satisfaction on Every Penny:

We truly pride ourselves on the quality of our hair. You will not find this type of merchandise anywhere else on the market. You will leave knowing that the service provided does its utmost to guarantee your satisfaction. However, we know that sometimes that there will be a problem that arises; therefore, we will do our utmost to resolve it. If our service has caught your interest, here is a quick rundown of our return and replacement policies.

Returns

  • We accept returns on Unused hair extensions within 30 days of the original purchase date. What do we mean by Unused?
    • Unaltered
    • Zip ties and tags must be intact
    • Bundle deals cannot be partially returned

  • Once your merchandise has been received and thoroughly inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Replacements

  • We will offer replacements for any defective hair extensions, but you must notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Otherwise, the exchange for a replacement will be voided.

  • The following attempts made on the merchandise by the patron can void the replacement policy
    • Any alteration to the hair  (coloring, perming, cutting, etc.)
    • Removing hair from its original packaging 

Wig Returns & Exchanges

  • Within 7 days from the purchase date, a request can be made for a wig to be returned or exchanged
  • The wigs must be brand new and not used. What exactly does this mean?
    • The merchandise may be put on with the Exception of a wig cap
    • The merchandise Must Not have its original tags and packaging removed
    • Do Not sew on, add clips/bands, or otherwise modify the wig
  • We will not accept any returns or exchanges on wigs if they have been altered in any shape or form, let alone showing any signs of use after inspection

Important Notes to Aware of

  • Zbeautyflourish cannot process returns for online/phone orders and vice versa.
  • We maintain the right to refuse returns at our own discretion depending on the breach of policy which will be determined by us after inspection.
